Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Voguish Furniture purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, like-new condition.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Custom orders, special order items, mattresses, and clearance/final-sale items are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email Orders@voguishfurniture.com with your order number and reason for return, or call (713) 714-8164. Our team will provide return instructions and any applicable return label.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For larger items, our team will arrange freight pickup, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for any return.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returned items, depending on the condition of the returned product and original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at Orders@voguishfurniture.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Orders@voguishfurniture.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at Orders@voguishfurniture.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee if the item has already entered processing or shipping.
