Shipping & Delivery — Voguish Furniture Houston

At Voguish Furniture, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible — that includes getting your furniture to your home quickly, safely, and without surprises. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver.

Free Shipping in the Continental US

We offer free shipping on every product to the 48 contiguous United States. There are no hidden fees and no surcharges based on order size.

Same-Day Delivery in Houston

Live in the greater Houston area? Most in-stock items qualify for free same-day delivery when your order is placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Saturday. Larger items may be scheduled for the next business day depending on driver availability.

Shipping Carriers We Use

For destinations outside Houston, we partner with reputable freight and parcel carriers, including:

• UPS Freight
• YRC Freight
• R&L Carriers
• ABF Freight
• UPS Ground
• FedEx

Delivery Methods

1. Small Parcel

Used for smaller décor items and accessories. Carrier leaves the package at your door — no signature typically required.

2. Truck Freight (Curbside)

Used for larger items. The carrier will deliver to the curb in front of your home or business. The driver is not responsible for moving the item indoors.

3. White Glove Delivery

The delivery team will bring the item inside your home and place it in the room of your choice. Removal of packaging materials is included.

4. White Glove with Assembly

The full White Glove service plus complete assembly of your furniture. Additional fees apply for stairs (more than one flight) and complex assembly.

Processing Times

• In-stock items: 3–5 business days for processing before shipping
• Special order / custom items: 2–4 weeks before shipping (we'll confirm timing at order)

Where We Don't Ship

At this time we are unable to ship to the following destinations:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Canada
• International / outside the Continental US

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and contact us within 48 hours at Orders@voguishfurniture.com or (713) 714-8164 with photos.
